We have been carrying out annual Cleaning to Extraction Ducting for a Global manufacturer who supply painted parts to companies such as Jaguar Land Rover.
Our Confined Space Cleaning Team carry out de scaling excess paint products to ducting which extracts different forms of paint product for example Clearcoat, Primer and Basecoat.
Some areas in the ducting require our Confined Space Cleaners to wear Air Fed Respirators which deliver a constant flow of fresh air allowing work to be carried out safely and efficiently.
We deployed our Confined Space Cleaning Team to carry out the de contamination and removal of sometimes a full skip load of product. If the product were allowed to build up over time then productivity may well be affected. This could be very costly especially when painted parts need to be pristine.
Our Confined Space Team are highly trained to work in the most hostile environments and carry out cleaning works and inspection works to the highest standards.
As with all our Confined Space works, a rescue plan is at the forefront of all works carried out inside Confined and Enclosed Spaces, this is encapsulated in the Safe System of Works in our site specific Risk Assessments and Methodology.
