We received a call yesterday afternoon asking about our availability to carry out some urgent pull out testing to be carried out today… we managed to juggle a few projects around to accommodate our new client who was part of the Fit Out at EY Chamberlain Square Birmingham.
We carried out a number of tests to Fischer fixings to various Loads ranging from 1.5Kn to 10Kn.
After online and onsite H&S Inductions we completed the testing and have already forwarded the Digital Report on our findings to the Client, using the Staht Digital reporting…..
Using the Staht t25 Load Cell Tester.
Our tester is capable of testing fixings and anchors up to a max of 25Kn. Customer friendly digital reports are produced using this equipment which adds to making any safety critical system Compliant when undergoing site assessments.
Digital reports from a Staht t25 tester are generated and managed using the Staht Connect App for various devices. This uses a superfast Bluetooth connection to sync data with the tester.
These reports can then be stored securely in the cloud, accessed via a web dashboard, and shared directly as PDFs with clients and managers. The process involves installing the app, using it to record
tests, and then utilizing its in-app features to generate and download PDF reports for comprehensive verification and traceability.
We are Approved Proof Load Testers trained by The Construction Fixings Association and we undertake tensile testing to BS8539 for all Construction Fixings.
