Rope Access Cladding Cleaning for Ikea

PROBLEM

A perpetual build-up of algae and seagull guano was affecting the aesthetic of the cladded surfaces.

Use of scaffolding would be obstructive and not cost effective.

Use of MEWP would be restrictive due to the locations of all elevations.

LOCATION OF PROBLEM

The whole perimeter to Ikea in Coventry warranted regular cleaning and paying particular attention directly above the rear staff car park and entrance.

SOLUTION

Complete Access utilised a Team of two Rope Access IRATA Level 3’s to carry out the cleaning identifying each location where attention was needed.
